War in the Ukraine If Donald Trump becomes President, which is very likely to happen, he has said he's going to end the war in the Ukraine within a month. I think US intervention into this Civil War will cause another World War , this time America will be seen as the agressor. I keep coming back to what a mother said at the end of WW2 , it goes for any war, "Too many young men have died fighting wars for old men." The Ukraine does not need help, that is why Russia signed the agreement with China last month. Russian troops are not fighting to defend their homes which is why they are deserting their posts; most of the soldiers never knew where they were going when they got their posting orders.

This is a far cry from June/July 2014 and July/August 2015 when I sold 20 e-books for each of the four months.

Media bias On the last writing site, I was on, I had the rep as being like Don Quixote and taking on massive battles, some I won, others I lost. That is how some friends would view my position at the moment, as I assume the task of informing people of the lies behind the media bias against Israel .  There is so much misinformation about Israel when I read some of the things in print, I think I am reading fiction. With the collapse of my GoFundMe project, several people have asked me to inform them of the truth behind the lies in the media.  I am no expert, but I do read the Jewish papers and magazines online, so I get a better view than the media portrays of Israel. The biggest lie is that Israel is the antagonist in the area - really? - that is BS than a field of bulls with diarrhea. Disregarding religious beliefs and biased reporting, you can see the lies behind the stories in the Atlas, why would the smallest nation in the area wish to attack countrie...

My final fling It's a long way down from being an award-winner four years ago, to being forced to quit this month, but with e-book sales falling by the month it is better that I quit while I am selling. Though my GoFundMe project was another disaster for me, I intend to buy a cover from   http://www.selfpubbookcovers.com/Daniela , if for no other reason than a last roll of the dice to try and sell some e-books . I don't expect the cover to do much, apart from being another publicity disaster on my behalf but I am used to failing.

TGIF3 Your Nemesis is your worst enemy, and I have turned into my worst enemy over the last three years - my stepson - once I was happy to write, now I am content to waste my time.  The state of my mind turned when I realized it didn't matter what I wrote, I couldn't force my sales up, the next step was why bother at all if nobody was going to read what I wrote?

Bestselling writer I often get complaints about the length and quality of my work, my reply is the same - what do you expect -  Chekhov for coffee ? If you are wondering, I have read some of Chekhov 's short stories. The analogy is correct, for a month's work I get less than the price of a cup of coffee, and people wonder about why I have begun to not care what I release - why should I care about lowering my standards?

Draft2Digital It is hard to imagine, but SoB is three years old today.  The opening book in my hit series has only stopped selling this month, as have all my e-books on Draft2Digital . I wondered what my sales would be like without my series, the answer is non-existent. Last year, I brought out three stories, and none of them sold, it is plainly obvious that my work is failing to keep the readers buying.

Long life I expect, at some time or other, you have pondered on the subject of immortality and longevity . While to some, the thought of living until you are into old age may appear a likable prospect. For people such as me, longevity means endless troubles,  I can speak only for myself, but I do not wish for a life beyond a few years more, though my family history should dictate I live for another 15 - 20 years. My parents didn't want me; I found this out a few months before my mother died nine years ago. I always knew something was off in our relationship, but I thought it was my fault - every other thing that went wrong was blamed on the Only Child. I may not have inherited money from my parents, but they left me something - a lot of genetic flaws - I feel as though I am made from the leftovers of the Frankenstein monster.  The book on the post is about longevity and its issues.

The answer was simplcity itself, I didn't, I've been writing for the last 18 months and nothing has sold outside this series. I keep being told that people are impressed with my output and work, and that I should keep going. I got what I expected I find it anusing the Facebook went down, the day after I asked to join a webinar on a site in the USA , for my view on webimars follow this link. Being honest, if Facebook hadn't gone down, I doubt I'd have got a reply, as the site is in the USA , and I lie in the UK .

Six sales per month is my new target With over 50 e-books for sale across eight platforms on Draft2Digital   http://alsdomain.weebly.com/barnes--noble.html ,   you would think selling ten e-books from 400 options would not be too much to ask, but it is. As the new year opens, my target has fallen to six sales a month, how demeaning when there are over 400 options across the eight platforms. If I had the opportunity, I'd throw all my files in the fire as seen on this cover. Is it any wonder, this year I am concentrating on my reading, not my writing?
