Effects of a cash shortage
Re-evaluation time I am going through a shortage of money at the moment, the effect of this is I am re-evaluating some of the DVDs I planned to buy from eBay . The ones I decided not to buy, are ones I had doubts about earlier. I have missed some I would have liked, but the shortage has made me re-think my cjoices with a more defined criteria.
