Restricted Practises This year, I have to enforce a stricter buying policy on eBay as I am not selling any of my DVD surplus. the reason being nobody wants DVDs of Hindi films from before 1998 these days. Another factor is I have been forced to make cutbacks in my spending as I have less money available for luxury items these days.
