Here I am at the edge

I am not surprised by the news. The news that this morning's leading group of readers is from Morocco comes as no surprise to me, you may ask why? The answer is easy to understand if you have been my blog, you will have noted this month I have written a lot about Spain , and Spanish is a second language in the country. For some time, I considered rewriting a ghost story called Ghosts don't dance  that I have inquiries about, whether I was going to write a sequel or an extended version? My thought was to write a new version on a similar theme about a man who returns from Morocco to Spain. After he is thought to have died in a plane crash.

A sequel or a horror story? Several months ago, I was asked if I was going to write a sequel to my romance short story "Ghosts don't dance," at the time I had no intention of doing any more to my story as it is four years old, though it has been well-read online, it has not sold. If I did do more to my romance, I am not sure if I would keep it in its present format, I may turn it into a horror story .

Trenches of Verdun Until you've stood in the trenches, as I did at Verdun , you have no idea how much damage is done psychologically to the men who see their victim fall. Their only solace was "It's either him or me."

A bad reputation - hopefully Ghosts don't dance   is a gentle romance, and I can see no reason why anyone should wish to ban the book.  Of all my stories, Ghosts don't dance   is one of the least offensive I have written.

Armistice Day Last year, I planned to write a family-friendly story to commemorate the centenary of the outset of The Great War .  Johnny and his grandfather The story - Johnny and his grandfather - would have told the story of a veteran of the First World War taking his grandson to visit a war memorial for the what might be the final time.
