 The danger to an Indie Writer Why do I write about scams ? I try to make readers aware of the some of the dangers which lurk in the modern world. I have been the victim of a few scams, and also had several young ladies attempt to scam me over the years. Some of the young ladies were attractive, but some of the scams were too crazy to be though of as serious options. One young lady wanted me to pay for her to have her car transported to Southampton from Nigeria , and stored until she could pick it up; that was so stupid I laughed at her, in my reply. She was so desperate for the plan to work, she agreed to my terms for acceptance; I got what I wanted, but never had any intention of giivng her the money.  Some scams such as Bitcoin, appear good value on the outside, but danger lurks within.
