 Lost Medical Records The myth of Cybersecurity is a joke to my family. When ny son, and his partner moed from Bristol to Keynsham , their medical history was lost in the web. All my wife, my daughter, and I did was go from one area to another in Bristol, and our records were lost. When we asked why our records had not reached Hartcliffe Health Centre , the only response from Horfield Health Centre was, "The must have got lost in the server." No apology, or a sense of urgency to get them found, as if this was a regukar happening.
