The main complaint is if you contact them you get a standardised reply saying the despatch, and storage depots are in different areas, so tems cannot be checked, in my case for subtitles . Today, I recieved a DVD . I sent for a film, and was sent a DVD of songs- the cover of the disc are not even close, and the titles are not similar.
