A varied palette One of the pleasures of being able to travel https://hereiamattheedge.blogspot.com/p/the-virtual-tourist.html for me was the opportunity to try various national dishes. The only countries I visited https://hereiamattheedge.blogspot.com/2020/02/the-virtual-tourist.html which were a disappointment were the Netherlands and Switzerland . In the last few weeks, my wife and I have enjoyed watching cooking videos on YouTube . There was a restaurant in Cheltenham I wished I had tried, they served Thai food. I did try food from Mexico , which is fine if you like spicy food; a good thing I enjoy Tex-Mex food.
