Here I am at the edge

 Correcting my error One project I need to begin is to correct an error I made when downloading some films from India off YouTube . The error is when I downloaded the films, I didn't check to see if I had added the available subtitles. If I could buy the films, I would happily do so, but as they are Indian, not all the films have subtitle s. I have found on some DVDs the subtitle track does not work.

 All for a respite I admit, yesterday was one of my worst days for a long time; everything I did went wrong from the time I got up until when I went to bed - too early for me - at 7.00 PM. I had a bad night worrying over how I could afford a replacement for my Chromebook ; the sitaution was not helped when my Dell laptop decided to clear my settings.  I think it must have been the atmosphere causing the problems, at around 11.00 PM, the Chromebook began to work again - what a relief - the Chromebook is my workhorse. I use the Dell as little as possible, mainly for downloading films from India .

 T he EU is becoming unbearable for business As I enjoy foreign tv series, and buying from Spain , and other countries in the EU involves endless delays in delivery, and unreasonable import costs. I shall try to either download what I can from various sites, or buy the DVDs from my sources in either the USA or Israel . This will mean I shall have the films, but not the official box covers which is no problem as this cuts down on storage.

  I need a new laptop. When I get a new PC, it will be used mainly for downloading films and watching YouTube .  The reasons for this are I haven't played a PC game for so long, I am out of touch, and I have little interest in gaming as my reactions are too slow for the modern gaming world, which is why I used to play Tropico ; the series does not involve quick responses for shooting targets.
