Should a police Officer who shoots a criminal be investigated?
Police Corruption This is a rare film from India , the only music in the film is the background; there are no musical numbers. The film is a fictionalised story based on the life of an Officer in the Indian Police Force who exposed the underworld connections of his superior, and was chased as a criminal. The IPF brought dozens of charges of fraud against him over a period of 10 years, but none stuck as he was as clean as a whistle; if anything, he was guilty of not filling in the proper amount for his expenses. Readers in the USA may recall the case of Frank Serpico , this is another case of the officer doing the correct thing, and being hounded for it,
