Sight loss A recent accident reninded me of the times I have almost lost the sight in my right eye; including the day I did as a result of a bad reaction to hayfever . The day I lost my sight, I phoned my boss at the museum to tell him i couldn't see; his reaction was typical of his lack of concern, he said "why can't you come in?" I replied, "What good would it do, I would need to turn to see what is happening on my right side, and how can I use the stairs when I can't see what is on my right side?"
