What do you call somebody from the Philippines?

I would say Asian Several years ago, I was pulled up by a lady for saying I stopped working in Upwork as we kept being undercut by Asians . I asked what she would call people from India , Pakistan , Indonesia , and the Philippines ? If I had known where they came from I would have been exact, but all I could say was they came from Asia , I wasn't being racist , only stating a point.
