What do you call somebody from the Philippines?

 I would say Asian

Several years ago, I was pulled up by a lady for saying I stopped working in Upwork as we kept being undercut by Asians.
I asked what she would call people from India, Pakistan, Indonesia, and the Philippines?
If I had known where they came from I would have been exact, but all I could say was they came from Asia, I wasn't being racist, only stating a point.
