Here I am at the edge

Nothing left but the ashes This is a final notice, by the end of the month, other than the bestselling series, there will be nothing from me on Draft2Digital .  The reason is nothing is selling :( 

Money, money, money Three months ago, I paid for the annual subscription to the editing site  Grammarly , at the time I knew it was a huge risk though the site is worth the $140 fee, the $11.50 monthly co st is way more than I make   #writing .    When I took out the subscription I hoped buying a book cover would encourage enough sales to convince me to continue, and therefore cover the outlay - it didn't - this brings me to my second costly mistake, which will be my final act as a  #writer .  In the hope that a bought cover would encourage sales for my   #ebooks   www.draft2digital.com/book/235628 , I paid $70 for a cover. While the cover is worth the money, I doubt very much if I will make enough to cover my part of the outlay $20 (the rest of the cost came from donations).  I have enjoyed being a writer, but it never proved more than a very expensive project, even with the success of my   #ScienceFiction   series   http://alsdomain.weebly.com/forgestriker---the-hit-seri

The Mormons are welcome to my wages as a bestseller writer On the bus yesterday were two Mormon young ladies, I had to smile to myself as years ago I was asked if I'd donate 1/3 of my wages to the church.  I thought, "You're welcome to all my earnings as a writer , but you get far on $1 a week."

The Heatwave I was planning to do some updates for my short story selection on here, but does it matter when less than half-a-dozen people would read the posts. Okay, I give in, when is the heatwave arriving? One of my short stories was going to be set in Spain, the weather at the moment reminds me more of a winter in Sweden , than a summer holiday in Spain .

Is it the result of stress? For years, my friends have told me that it is my vivid imagination that portrays random images like these flakes of paint on my wall as faces to me, but after the fire and the last two months of constant stress - I believe I am losing the slender grip on reality I had.

Fare thee well Not even the beautiful singer, Janey Kirk 's photo, can bring sales to my romance  story, so after three years and no sales. It's time to drop the book and say I wasted over a year of my life writing something nobody wanted - nothing new for me.

The success of Forgestriker It is hard for me to accept but with over 800 e-books sold, I need to think of myself as a BestSeller in the world of ScienceFiction .  I have fought the title because I don't make a lot of money from my  e-book sales   but with the Forgestriker series selling over 800 e-books, I was told by friends and colleagues to consider myself a bestseller.
