What is the point of blogging?

                                Is there a point to continuing to blog?

For many months, if not years, I suspected my checking on if people are reading my blog was giving me an inflated reader number. Usually, I half the number of UK readers to accomodate me checking the blog. My daily check proved that very few people read this; my reader for the day, because I did not check as often as usual fell below 100, if it hadn't been for readers in Hong Kong that figure would have been below 50 :( :(

A state of hearing

Or more aptly - a state of non-hearing.    A  short while ago I conjectured was I getting hearing problems through a wax build or was it because I work for many hours in the presence of washing machines and tumble driers in a small space.   I have to inform you as far as I am able to tell I am going deaf, another problem inherited from my mother.  On the down side, there is no point in getting the PS3 I was looking forward to getting at the end of the month :(  On the up side, at least I won't have to listen to the stupid rows of the family next door and the money saved from not getting a PS3 I can put to a new laptop; which I do need.

The collected stories of the Forgestriker crew These are the stories of the men aboard the research vessel  Forgestriker ; sent to set up a listening station on the planet Gameroom, then men find out that all is not what it seems. Fighting for their lives, in a never ending series of rear-guard actions; the mind plays tricks on you, and for some, the endless fight gets too much.
