Can you taste it?
Korean food
Having seen many cookery vidoes on YouTube, I am left wondering can you taste food from Korea?
I appreciate what grows well you cooks with, which is why Korean food has a lot of chilli in it, also a lot of oriental food is rice based, which lends itself to adding flavours to make it palletable.
But, I have watched as they decimate the delicate tastes of crab, and lobster in a mass of hot chilli sauce.
