Anong several of the sellers on eBay, I am earning a rep for collecting films from India; this is something  cannot, nor would wish to deny.

They agree with my views, the older films were better, they were they days when you got actors to play the roles, no, the producers get singers, and dancers they hope have some acting talent - which is not always the case a Salman Khan proves.

Though I have some of  the Satyajit Ray collection, as much as I enjoy his work, there are films I have seen on YouTube I have no wish to buy. One of tha main suspects is the movie The Chess Players, while the concept of two men playing chess while India gets given to the UK, through their inaction; the film did not go well with me.

On the other hand, though Monihara was hard to understand; it has no subttles as it was thought to be lost after its deletion n 1961, the film about a woman's love of jewejs leading to her death in a fire; as she tried to rescue her beloved jewels had me watching.

I am always on the look out for intersting older films, usually with either Raj Kapoor, Nanda, Nargis Dutt, or Dilip Kumar in; I am willing to explore names  have not heard of.
