I can undrstand why this film was banned
The 1934 film "Mazdoor" was banned in India; the reason is easy to understand. The film begins with the death of a mill owner His daughter, and drunkard son have to take over running the textile mill, but the son's antagonist treatment of the workers causes the sister to organise a strike to help the workers. After talks with her brother, she gets the workers back working, but with better treatment from her brother.
