Writing for a Regional Magazine

 A Focus on Writing

Unlike many writers, my goal was not for worldwide sales. 

When I look back, one of my delights would have been to see one of my ghost stories published in the Yorkshire-based Dalesman magazine.

I realise, being published in a regional magazine give me limited sales, but the money was never an issue with me. Being read was my goal, and being published by my favourite magazine would have been the icing on the cake for me.

This is the reason several of my stories are set on the Yorkshire coast, I grew up there, so I know the area well. Many of my stories are fiction with elements of fact mixed in.
