 A new way for me

I realize to some people having an air fryer is nothing huge, but to me, it is a new way of cooking.

I have to admit, I was dubious at first about cooking using hot air, but now I am used to using the air fryer, it is amazing.

I won't use it for large joints, but for regular-size meals, it works well, and that includes fish as I found out tonight.
