Saving Habits

At an early age

Psychologists say our money habits develop from as early as the age of 5. This theory explains why I have trouble spending my money, as my only memory of my grandmother is of an elderly sitting on a bed showing me her coins.
In our family, I am known for talking myself out of buying something I want.
I have never had a lot of money, so saving comes easily to me; the downside to saving is the habit creates its issues, as the more you save, the more options to buy are open to you.
