Celebrate with a good read
The house on the right-hand end of the row is the site of a haunting dating back to the days of smuggling, in Yorkshire.
The Ship Inn, in Saltburn-by-the-Sea, is to this day haunted by the ghost of the pirate, John Andrew, who owned the inn for over 40 years. The inn is haunted by his daughters' ghost. The four-year-old haunts the house where she lived and died from pleurisy.
