Years ago, I used to get regular invites to writing courses, and conferences. Though the amount has dropped off, I still get the occasional invite such as the conference next month in Matera, Italy.
If you view a map of Italy, look Northwest of Taranto to find Matera. The closest major city is Bari to the Northeast.
I would have loved to have the money, and health, to be able to go on a course but it isn't to be so - C'est la vie - these days it would be of no use to me anyway as few of my ebook selection https://www.draft2digital.com/book/ sell.
