Why don't I play PC games?

It is a matter of time 

There are several reasons why I don't use my PC for gaming.

The family bought a new pc for me at Christmas, but I rarely use it for gaming, why?

I was keen to play the game Metro Redux, even though it is a FPS game - First Person Shooter - I can't get on with games were you only see your hands. I did try with Thief 4 without success.

My style of game is more like city building such as Cities: Skylines; I was keen to play this game so much I bought masses of DLC for it; yet I haven't began the game.

These days, I don't have the time to play games, and if I have the time, I am not in the mood, or too tired.
