A change of cooking
I was pleasantly surprised last night, I got weighed, and found that for the first time in over 20 years I am under 100Kg - 16 stones - the last time I was this weight was after my beloved dog, Bonnie, died. Back then, I got down to what the experts said my weight should be (12 stone). My family was so worried they had to force me to eat. I was so thin I was skin and bone.
I put the loss down to a change of diet, and style of cooking.
The main factor, in my opinion, is we stopped cooling with fat, and use oil. Another large part of the loss is I have radically cut down my coffee intake, from 4 cups an hour, to 3 cups a day; this means I take in less sugars, and carbohydrates as I don't eat so many biscuits either.
