Keeping my control
This post isn't about bad memories as in bad things which happened to me, that is a long list, this post is about memory loss.
Once, I had a good memory, and could recall events, or things which haapened years ago, now with age, I have difficulty recalling things in the time it takes to walk up a flight of stairs.
