Could I write a novel?

 A question I was asked many times


Many times in the last decade, I was asked do you think you could write a novel?
For several reasons, I doubted my ability to write over 40,000 words, mainly I thought it was beyond me -until I did write the novel - now the reply is the same, but the reasons are not could I write a novel, but why should I?

These days. I find it hard to write enough for my blog; I can't motivate myself for the few people who do read this blog.
