The loss of a good customer

Two weeks ago, I returned a DVD to a seller on eBay; the agreement was if I return the DVD I would be refunded. As yet, there is no signof my refund.
So, I lost the cost of the DVD, the postage, and a DVD return.
Their loss will be incalculable, as I used spend more than that each month. The firm may think the won by not paying, and geting the DVD back, but I can guarantee you - they ARE the losers.
