Are you liable?

 If you now something is wrong are you bound to do something?


If you know something is wrong or dangerous, or both are you bound to act on your perceptions?
In this case, I refer to the trend on YouTube for young lady "farmers," for claiming thieir husbands are lost in the junlge just to get viewers for their channels. This is like the story of the boy who cried wolf, one day a person maybe lost, and in danger, but nobody will take notice because of the trend.
Should YouTube step in and block this trend? In my view, the answer is yes.
I dispute they are farmers as they have thousands of pounds worth of camera to show what they are selling.
