I am not saying any one part of my regimen is the major part of the success of my weight loss, as each of the parts played a vital role.
The largest contributor is probably cutting down on coffee; this had a knock-on effect of cutting down on sugar and biscuits.
Cutting back on coffee had the added benefit of helping my mental health too.
Another major factor is changing from cooking using fat, to using sunflower oil, or garlic.
I didn't need to cut down on fatty meats, I don't like fatty foods.
Eating nuts and fish is no issue as I enjoy both.
I didn't need to pay for a diet sheet, I was already doing what they would ask me to do.
