Power nap

A change in my sleep patterns 


For several reasons, I rarely have a full night's sleep, these days my pattern is dominated by a series of short power naps.
I rarely sleep more than three hours at a time, the main cause for my insomnia is the after-effect of staying up during the 70s and 80s to listen to the cricket from Australia, and the West Indies.
In recent years, family issues have taken a toll on my sleep.
