Meta lay offs

 Paid for doing nothing


Most people would have missed the news that Mark Zuckerberg had to lay off hundreds of people working for him, last week, as his Metaverse had failed.
There were many reasons, one of the main ones is not everyone wishes to, or can afford to, play Virtual Reality games.
One promoter said she was paid over $19,00 a month for doing nothing.
Things have taken ANOTHER bad turn for Zuckerberg, his company has been hit with a record-breaking fine of $1,3 billion fine.

      The concept behind Merta was that people would flock to a Virtual Reality world. The problem is VR is expensive to buy, and people have are not really that into playing VR games' it may become a concept in the future, but a lot depends of the world of finance, and the availabilty of jobs.
