The concept behind the Bollywood movie Gangaajal can be applied to areas in most cities and many countries.

The concept is even if you go in with the stoutest heart, and strongest desire to be honest there will be people to drag you down; it's upto you whether to fight or give in, but if you choose to fight you may not be the only victim, most officers will tell you their families have become targets for the criminals as well.
