A lesson too late


You can't beat the odds

 The reasons I failed to make the grade as a writer were beyond my control; that is NOT a cop out as one of my e-book selection is an award winner.

A) - Despite what webinars tell you, unless you are a name or wealthy, agents in the USA won't consider you if you live in the UK.

B) - I didn't have the money to buy promotion or covers for my books.

C) - A jealous author I once knew trashed my award winner online, and it never sold again.


In the end. all the above factors caused me to underestimate my value as a writer, to the point I gave up writing for months at a time.

 The lady is NOT my type Though I am olde, and have standards, I am not a stic-in-the-mud, it does take someting nasty to offend me, and for the second time it has happened.  As with the first incident , the offense involved a young colored lady with larrge breasts, I have nothing againsr coloured ladies, I wasbot offended by this laady asking to see my penis as soon as we chatted, it was a little weird she was so forawrd when she'd only been chatting a few minutes to ask.
