The Chronicles of Mark Johnson may have won the award, but the sequel https://www.draft2digital.com/book/32125 was better as it is scarier and was written during a dark time in my life, not unlike now.
I must warn you, I had terrible nights without sleep while;e I wrote these stories, and I knew what was going to happen.
