For the last year, I have been using Amazon for doing my covers, and little else - my sales there are virtually non-existent.
Last month, I came across a nice site for doing Free covers http://www.adazing.com/ this means I won't be using Amazon at all now.
Here is an example of a cover I did today, for a book that will be out later in the year.
