For years, friends have asked could I do a novel. I never thought I had the staying power - I am wrong - I'm downloading the old files for A Sailor's Love into the editing tool http://hereiamattheedge.blogspot.co.uk/p/grammarly.html#.Vmmr4VXhDnA, I'm less than halfway through the loading, and already I have passed 50, 000 words; making this book by far the most influential of my selection.
At the current rate, I estimate I will have an opportunity to get close to 90,000 words. I say I'm editing, in my case that usually involves adding as much as I remove.
