The futility of Amazon ratings
You read the title correctly
The futility of the Amazon rating is no better depicted than with my award-winning book.
You may ask, how can a book which never sold be in the top 20 books of its category?
I have no answer, but it is true, when the book won the award (October 2012) Amazon pushed it into the top 20, though to this day it has not sold a copy.
