A few days ago, I did the riddle of the books blog. Tonight, I may have the answer to parts 2 & 3.
I had caves of ice, as a single book and thought I got it again as a single, when it turned out I got it in the above compilation.
Book 3-Blood Angels Omnibus Vol 2. I have come to the conclusion I never had, after going through my receipts going back eighteen months, there is no sign that I bought the book. I probably thought I did as I picked it up many times and put it back wanting to read Vol 1 before starting this one.
