Max Miller presents the series Tasting History which is a great mix of recipes and the history of the recipe. The book of the series is on the New York Times best sellers list, after only three months.

Max tries as close as he can to remain true to the ingredients, but it's not always possible. Also, he's not afraid to try things he hadn't tasted.

Curtis's channel, on the other hand, is all about him. In one episode he made an idiot of himself. He was in the Berlin Museum, and he said the Germans at the end of World War 2 shelled the city.

Everyone knows it was the Russians. To make matters worse, he showed the much-publicized picture of the Russians hoisting the red flag over the Reichstag.
