On my trips to Canada, for some reason, I never suffered from jet lag.
The first trip out was terrible, not the trip over to Canada, the trip to Gatwick airport.
The second trip was from Heathrow airport; there is a train link to the airport, so I didn't have too long to wait for the flight.
I can think of two reasons for not being affected by jet lag - one is that I'm a night person and the other is for many years I haven't been able to sleep well, so I haven't developed a pattern.
I have to admit, I was worried, not about the flight but being locked in the air for nine hours.
If I win the trip to Israel, it will be an interesting experiment to see if travelling in the other direction affects me.
